Lenodiar Pediatric is indicated for the treatment of diarrhoea. The product reduces diarrheal stools by sparing bowel function.
Diarrhea is a condition associated with irritation and inflammation of the intestinal mucosa due to causes of various origins. It is characterized by increased secretion and/or decreased absorption of fluids associated with increased intestinal motility.
In addition to discomfort and pain, diarrhea is associated with a risk of dehydration, loss of vitamins and minerals, and an imbalance of intestinal bacterial flora.
INDICATIONS
Lenodiar Pediatric is indicated for the treatment of diarrhea of various origins (viral infection, influenza-like conditions characterized by diarrhea, functional diarrhea, iatrogenic diarrhea due to drug intake, traveler's diarrhea). It is recommended that the child takes enough fluids to avoid the risk of dehydration. The product is suitable for children over 1 year.
WAY OF ACTING
Lenodiar Pediatric works thanks to Actitan-F - a plant molecular complex, the fruit of Aboca's research activity, which reduces diarrheal stools and normalizes the consistency of stools, favoring the rapid balancing of intestinal functions.
Actitan-F counteracts the inflammation of the intestinal mucosa present in the case of diarrhea through two mechanisms of action:
- protective action , which is achieved by forming a film with a barrier effect that limits contact with microorganisms and irritating agents;
- antioxidant effect , which counteracts mucosal irritation.
Thanks to the synergy of these actions, Lenodiar Pediatric favors the rapid recovery of intestinal function and the balancing of the bacterial flora (microbiota).
Due to its mechanism of action, the product acts by sparing the physiology of the intestines and without causing constipation.
Lenodiar Pediatric is a gluten-free product with a pleasant taste.
APPLICATION METHOD
It is recommended to take 1 sachet every 3 hours up to a maximum of 4 sachets per day depending on the intensity of the disorder. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 10 ml of water (approx. 1 tablespoon). If the diarrhea does not improve or worsens despite treatment, consult your doctor.
WARNINGS
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or individual allergy to one or more ingredients. If the symptoms persist, we recommend consulting a doctor. To be stored at room temperature, away from heat sources and protected from light. Keep out of the reach of children. The expiration date refers to unopened packaging under proper storage.
COMPOSITION
Functional substances: Actitan-F - plant molecular complex of tannins (from whip, buturac) and flavonoids (from chamomile).
Titrated to total tannins ≥ 7.8%.
Also contains : lyophilized juices of blueberry, blackberry, elderberry, cane sugar, natural flavor and aroma of lemon, essential oil of lemon, gum arabic.
