Description:
Hematological agent with a beneficial effect on blood formation (hemopoiesis). It contains the three most important ingredients for the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin - iron, folic acid and vitamin B12. Suitable for deficiency of these ingredients due to blood loss, resorption disturbances, alcohol abuse, long-term hemodialysis, infections. Recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Composition (in 1 capsule):
- Folic acid (as pteroylmonoglutamic acid) – 400 µg
- Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) – 9 µg
- Iron (II) (as ferrous fumarate) – 15 mg
Purpose:
- Deficiency of folic acid, vitamin B12 and iron
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Prolonged hemodialysis
- Chronic alcohol abuse
Action:
- The active ingredients of Folivit Ferro are directly involved in blood formation and complement each other's effects
- Iron is involved in the synthesis of hemoglobin in erythrocytes
- Folic acid and vitamin B12 are involved in building the myelin sheaths of the spinal nerves
Dosage:
- Pregnancy – 1 liquid capsule daily, after meals
It is recommended to continue the intake during the entire period of pregnancy, 3 months after birth and during the breastfeeding period.
- Other conditions – 1 liquid capsule daily, after meals
The recommended period of reception is not less than 3 months.
