3 Tablets contain :
833.3 mg of potassium citrate and 750.0 mg of magnesium citrate, corresponding to 300 mg of potassium and 90 mg of magnesium.
4 Tablets contain :
1111.1 mg potassium citrate and 1000.0 mg magnesium citrate corresponding to 400 mg potassium and 120 mg magnesium.
Recommended daily dose : 3 - 4 tablets daily with enough liquid.
