Colostrum is a fluid that is secreted by the mammary glands of female mammals in the first 3 to 4 days after birth, before the appearance of normal breast milk. Nutritional and bioactive ingredients - colostrum is rich in proteins with high biological value - 46.7%, carbohydrates - 27.2% and fats - 18%.
