Purpose:

ABO-RUE contains an optimal combination of L-theanine and extracts of valerian roots and hop cones. The combination of these substances contributes to shortening the time to fall asleep, to easier adaptation of the body after traveling with a change of time zones, has a positive effect on the central nervous system, reducing its excitability. Contributes to maintaining normal mental function, reducing the feeling of fatigue and tiredness. Contributes to maintaining a calm state of the central nervous system.

Excipients : emulsifier: soy lecithin; fillers: refined hydrated coconut oil, refined soybean oil, refined palm oil, hardener: beeswax; excipients: gelatin, glycerol; coloring agents: titanium dioxide and iron oxide.

Recommended intake:

To maintain a calm central nervous system, take 2 capsules 1-2 times daily with liquid, without chewing;

To shorten the time it takes to fall asleep at night, take 2 capsules about 1 hour before bedtime with liquid, without chewing.

Do not consume more than 4 capsules per day!

The product is intended for adults and children over 12 years old!

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose! Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet! No side effects are known.

There are contraindications only in patients allergic to some of the ingredients of ABO-RUE.
