Purpose:
ABO-RUE contains in an optimal ratio a combination of L-theanine and extracts of valerian roots and hop cone. The combination of these substances contributes to shortening the time to fall asleep, to the easier adaptation of the body after traveling with a change of time zones, has a positive effect on the central nervous system, reducing its excitability. It contributes to the maintenance of normal mental function, the reduction of feeling of exhaustion and fatigue. Contributes to maintaining a calm state of the central nervous system.

Recommended intake:
To maintain a calm state of the central nervous system, take 2 capsules 1-2 daily with liquid, without chewing;
To shorten the time to fall asleep at night, take 2 capsules about 1 hour before going to bed with liquid, without chewing.
Do not consume more than 4 capsules per day!
The product is intended for adults and children over 12 years old!

There are contraindications only in patients allergic to some of the ingredients of ABO-RUE.
