SEDATON-5 is an optimal combination of 5-hydroxytryptophan, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 with a pronounced sedative effect on the nervous system.

5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) is an amino acid from which the hormones serotonin and melatonin are formed in the body. They are important for the normal function of the nervous system. Serotonin, which provides the transmission of nerve impulses, also known as the "happiness hormone", regulates mood and supports mental function, reducing anxiety, restlessness and aggression. Improves memory and concentration. Melatonin regulates the circadian cycle of sleep and wakefulness.
