SEDATON-5 is an optimal combination of 5-hydroxytryptophan, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 with a pronounced sedative effect on the nervous system.
5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) is an amino acid from which the hormones serotonin and melatonin are formed in the body. They are important for the normal function of the nervous system. Dosage: For severe nervous tension and irritation – 1 capsule in the morning (or at noon) and 1 capsule in the evening.
For problems with falling asleep - 1-2 capsules in the evening, before going to bed.
To maintain a normal nervous system and stable mental function - 1 capsule daily.
Do not exceed the recommended dose of 2 capsules daily.
