Ingredients : Pectin (gelling agent), Ashwagandha (dry extract of roots and leaves of Withania somnifera), Chamomile (dry extract of flowers of Matricaria recutita), Lemon Balm (dry extract of leaves of Melissa officinalis), Lavender (dry extract of flowers of Lavandula angustifolia), coloring agent (E-163), trisodium citrate (acidity regulator), Valerian (dry extract of roots of Valeriana officinalis), coconut vegetable oil, flavor, Melatonin, carnauba wax (anti-caking agents), maltitol, sorbitol (sweeteners), water and citric acid (acid).
Recommended daily dose: Take 1 chewable tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
