Purpose:
Refrigerance® B-complex is a combined nutritional supplement, a source of B vitamins, which have a beneficial effect on a number of important processes in the body, such as:
- Contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system
- Helps to overcome stress and mental strain
- Contribute to metabolism and normal metabolism
- Protects DNA, proteins and lipids from oxidative damage
- Supports cell division processes
- Supports iron metabolism and red blood cell formation

Folic acid also plays a key role in the absorption of other B vitamins.

Each film-coated tablet contains:
Vitamin B1 (thiamine) – 14.0 mg
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) – 10.0 mg
Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) – 50.0 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) – 10.0 mg
Vitamin B9 (folic acid) – 400 µg
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) – 50 µg
Dosage:
Take 1 tablet in the morning with plenty of water.
