Mint tincture is a food supplement that has an extremely pleasant and refreshing effect. Peppermint essential oil has a beneficial effect on insomnia. Gargling with mint tincture helps to get rid of bad breath.
Dosage and method of use
20 drops on a teaspoon or lump of sugar with a little liquid 2-3 times a day.
Recommended daily intake: a total of 60 drops.
