Melatonin levels are low during the day and rise during the normal sleep period at night. The amount of melatonin released at night varies among individuals and decreases with age.

Lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, mint flavor,
croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
