1 teaspoon (5 ml) of MÖLLER'S cod liver oil with Tutti Frutti flavor contains 1.1 g (1120 mg) of natural Omega-3 fatty acids from fish (DHA + EPA) and vitamins A, D (400 IU) and E.
For children over 11 years of age and adults, 10 ml/day is recommended, providing 2.2 g (2240 mg) of natural Omega-3 fatty acids from fish (DHA + EPA) and vitamins A, D (800 IU) and E.
