Method of use:
For adults and children over 6 years: 1 capsule daily.
The capsule is taken after a meal, with a sufficient amount of liquid. Do not take with hot drinks. If you miss a daily dose, it is not necessary to take a double dose the next day.
The duration of one course is 2-4 weeks.
