Recommended daily intake: For adults and children over 4 years of age, 1 sachet daily for 7 consecutive days or as prescribed by a specialist. Take with a meal, preferably at breakfast. The seven-day course can be carried out once a month or, if necessary, more often and for a longer period of time.

Daily intake provides (1 sachet): 5 billion live cultures (5x109) + 0.3g FOS fiber.

Directions: Pour some water into a tall glass, shake the sachet and slowly pour it into the glass. Wait for it to dissolve naturally. Shake the water in the glass vigorously and drink.
