Each capsule provides on average:
Full-spectrum organic Ashwagandha extract (root of Withania Somnifera with 5% withanolides and less than 0.1% withaferin A) - 500 mg.
Ingredients (2 capsules):
full-spectrum organic ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera) whole root extract (root with 5% withanolides and less than 0.1% withaferin A) 1 g; vegetable cellulose capsule.
The food supplement does not contain:
Wheat, live yeast, gluten, dairy, added sugar, chemicals, additives, colors, flavors, preservatives and GMOs.
Method of use:
1 to 2 capsules daily, with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, unless prescribed by a doctor.
