Recommended consumption: One capsule daily, with enough liquid, preferably before meals.

The thymus is an important organ of the immune system. In humans, the thymus is located under the sternum, above the heart. While the thymus is relatively large after birth and in childhood, it shrinks after puberty.
In middle-aged adults, the thymus gland is only about 10 percent of its original weight and consists mainly of adipose tissue. The thymus is critical to the immune system because it "trains" many specialized body cells into highly specialized defense cells.
With Thymus-Köhler, three aspects of nutritional supplementation are considered:
Zinc supports healthy immune system function and normal acid-base metabolism. Selenium contributes to the protection of cellular components from oxidative stress and to maintaining the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin C can reduce fatigue and exhaustion. In addition, vitamins C and D support the normal function of the immune system.
