Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that is stored in the body's fat tissues and has a significant role in many important body functions. It is called the "sunshine vitamin", because it can be produced by the human body only when the skin is exposed to the ultraviolet rays of the sun.

The production of vitamin D by the skin depends on :
- the amount of ultraviolet energy UVB rays (latitude, season, hours of daylight, cloud cover and smog)
- what part of the skin is exposed (the skin of the face, hands, back or legs must be exposed to sunlight)
- duration of exposure (at least 15 minutes, 3 times a week in the sun)
- skin type (people with darker skin need to spend more time in the sun to produce the same amount of vitamin D)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE :
- Remove the screw cap, check the integrity of the safety ring and remove the ring
- Unpack the dosing pump
- Screw the pump onto the bottle ( use only the original dosing pump with the accompanying quality certificate )
- Before first use, press the pump several times until oil comes out of the spray
