The extraction process involves careful purification, drying and grinding to a powder, without the involvement of chemical solvents. The raw material is high-quality yellow peas (it has the same taste and nutritional qualities as green), which does not contain gluten and genetically modified ingredients. This is how a protein isolate is obtained - only the proteins from the entire food matrix are isolated.
The protein concentration reaches up to 82% in the final product. Contains almost as much methionine as soy protein – also effective for building muscle mass. Pea protein is of the slow protein type and has many advantages: it is easily digestible (studies show digestibility over 90%), has a pleasant taste, is hypoallergenic, has a very good amino acid profile, supplies vitamins A, B6 and C.

Method of use:
Pea protein is an extremely "flexible" ingredient, as it can be flavored with both sweet and savory foods. The recommended daily dose is 10-20 g. It can be added to vegetable soups, where it acts as a thickener (instead of cornmeal, for example), while increasing their protein content. It is preferable to add it at the end of cooking, as the high temperature can destroy its nutritional qualities. For best dissolution, use a spoon, wire whisk, or blender.
