Lutein is one of the carotenoids - a yellow to orange phytochemical - and is used by the body as an antioxidant and as a pigment to absorb blue light. It must be obtained through food or supplements because the body cannot produce it on its own. Vegetables and fruits that contain lutein are carrots, corn, tomatoes, green leafy vegetables such as spinach and kale, lettuce, lettuce, lettuce, cauliflower, red peppers, dill, parsley, potatoes, blue and purple fruits, but prolonged cooking of foods can reduce its amount. Method of use:
It is taken as a food supplement for adults, 1 capsule per day with food.

vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) 95 mg;
lutein (from calendula) 20 mg;
alpha-lipoic acid 1.5 mg;
arabinogalactan (fibers) from larch 5.5 mg.
Does not contain:
wheat, gluten, soy, yeast, dairy products, gelatin or animal ingredients, added substances, sugar, colors, flavors or preservatives.
