Preparation with baby food (after 4 months): Prepare 170ml of selected baby food (according to the instructions). Cool to about 50°C. Pour into a bowl and while stirring, add 17g of organic whole grain spelled porridge (approx. 4-5 tbsp). Leave until it thickens and cools down to body temperature (about 37°C).

Fruit porridge (after the 4th month): Boil 70 ml of water and let it cool to about 50°C. Pour into a bowl and while stirring, add 15g of organic whole grain spelled porridge (approx. 3-4 tbsp. ) and 75g of fruit puree. Mix with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil for nutrition and allow to cool to body temperature (about 37°C).
Tip: When using fresh milk, we recommend adding 2 tbsp. fruit juice rich in Vitamin C to improve iron absorption. Dairy-free recipes are fat-free. For these recipes we recommend adding 1-2 tsp. rapeseed or sunflower oil.
Attention: Please follow the preparation instructions and the dosage ratio. To keep your baby healthy, follow all instructions carefully. Always prepare fresh food and do not reuse leftovers. Do not heat baby food in the microwave (there is a risk of burns). Always check the temperature before giving the porridge to your baby (about 37°C). Pay special attention to your baby's oral hygiene right after his or her first tooth erupts. Consultation with a pediatrician is recommended before use.
