Noni juice is extracted from the fruit of the tropical evergreen shrub Noni (Morinda Citrifolia), also known as Indian mulberry. It is found in South and Southeast Asia, Polynesia, Tahiti, the Hawaiian Islands and the Caribbean.
This shrub can reach an average height of 3-5 meters and bears fruit throughout the year. Noni fruits are yellow/green in color and are 7-12 cm in diameter. Mathison Noni juice is freshly squeezed juice. This juice is quite light, similar to apple juice. There is also fermented noni juice. Fermented noni juice is darker in color and has a bitter taste.
