It is grown in the hills around Kyoto and Kyushu - areas known for their climate and soil conditions suitable for producing some of the purest tea in Japan. The tender young leaves are steamed, rolled and dried immediately after harvest to ensure the freshness and aroma that create the authentic and wonderful experience of Japanese Sencha tea.
Directions for use: use 1 packet for 1 cup. Boil fresh water, let cool for a minute before filling the bag. For better taste, let the tea steep for 1-2 minutes.
