Creole cocoa beans are known as the "Queen of Cocoa" and are an ancient, non-hybrid variety with a rich and rich taste and aroma, one of the highly valued cocoa beans worldwide. Very little of the world's production of cocoa beans is from Creole trees, as they are sensitive and require more care to grow, and their harvest is relatively smaller.

Dairy products have been shown to block the body's ability to absorb antioxidants from cocoa.
