Creole cocoa beans are known as the "Queen of Cocoa" and are an ancient, non-hybrid variety with a rich and rich taste and aroma, one of the highly valued cocoa beans worldwide. Very little of the world's production of cocoa beans is from Creole trees, as they are sensitive and require more care to grow, and their harvest is relatively smaller.
Cocoa nibs are peeled and crushed cocoa beans. In fact, crushed cocoa beans are the precursor to chocolate. There are two types of crushed cocoa beans, one is from roasted cocoa beans and the other is from raw cocoa beans. They contain magnesium, sulfur, antioxidants, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, phenylethylamine and anandamide.
Cocoa beans contain proteins, fats, carbohydrates, fiber, iron, calcium, magnesium, B vitamins, vitamin C and E and many other useful ingredients. High magnesium content increases the strength of the heart muscle, reduces blood clotting, regulates blood pressure and reduces the likelihood of blood clots and strokes. It also strengthens arteries and veins, reduces menstrual symptoms and aids in detoxification.
Cacao beans are considered a powerful anti-depressant and anti-stress agent. They have a positive effect on brain activity. The high concentration of antioxidants is greater than in any other food. Cocoa antioxidants are very stable and easily absorbed by the human body (they reach the cells in 30 minutes).
Recommended dose: 28g (about 2 tbsp per day). Suitable for direct consumption or in combination with fruit, muesli, as an addition to shakes and desserts. Be careful when eating the crushed cacao beans and avoid consuming dairy products to get the maximum benefits of cacao.
