How to use Holle Bio porridge 3 grains for children from 6 months of age x250 grams - 210300.
Preparation options from the 6th month:
> Preparation with baby food: Prepare 170 ml of selected baby food (according to instructions). Pour into a bowl and, stirring, add 18g of porridge (approx. 3-4 tbsp). Leave until it thickens and cools down to body temperature (about 37°C).
> Preparation with milk and water: Mix 100 ml of whole milk and 100 ml of water and bring to the boil. Cool to about 50°C. Pour the liquid into a bowl and stir in 25 g of porridge (approx. 5 tbsp). Leave until it thickens and cools down to body temperature (about 37°C).
> Preparation with breast milk: Stir 25 g of porridge (approx. 5 tbsp) into 130 ml of warm breast milk. Please note: in order to preserve the valuable nutrients, do not heat the breast milk above 40°C.
> Preparation without dairy products: Pour 200 ml of water and bring to a boil. Cool to about 50°C. Add 25 g of porridge (approx. 5 tbsp) and 1 tsp. oil and mix until desired consistency is reached.
> Dairy-free preparation with fruit or vegetables: Mix 20 g of porridge (about 4 tbsp) with 100 g of baby fruit puree from a jar or 100 g of fresh fruit puree and 1 tsp. oil. Add water (about 90 ml, boiled and cooled to 50°C). Alternatively, you can use 160g warmed vegetable puree from a jar and add 2 tsp. oil.
