BALEV BIO Organic Indian plantain flakes 400g
Indian plantain husks are the seed coats of the Indian plant Plantago ovata. The seeds are collected by hand, sieved and carefully dried. The resulting casings contain a glue that has a very high swelling capacity in water.
Use: Can be taken with fruit or vegetable juice, yogurt, muesli or quark.
Note: Do not eat dry. Sufficient fluids should always be taken.
