HOLLE Organic porridge fruit semolina and banana 250g
Whole grain instant porridge of banana and semolina, suitable for babies and toddlers from 6 months.
Grain-based food. Contains gluten. No added sugar¹. Easy to prepare.
Instructions for preparation from the 6th month:
Preparation with transition food or infant milk: Prepare 170ml of selected transition food or infant milk (according to instructions). Pour into a bowl and add, stirring continuously, 25g of the dry mixture (approximately 5 tbsp). Leave until it thickens and cools down to body temperature (about 37°C).
Preparation with milk and water: Mix 100ml whole milk and 100ml water and bring to a boil. Cool to about 50°C. Pour the liquid into a bowl and add, stirring continuously, 25g of the dry mixture (approximately 5 tbsp). Leave until it thickens and cools down to body temperature (about 37°C).
Preparation with breast milk: Stir 25g of the dry mixture (approximately 5 tbsp) into 130ml of warm breast milk. Please note: in order to preserve the valuable nutrients, do not heat the breast milk above 40°C.
Instructions for preparation after the 6th month:
Pour in 150ml of water and let it boil. Cool to about 50°C. Add 5 scoops of Holle Demeter Transitional Infant Food Formula 2 pre-mixed with 18g of the dry mix (approximately 3-4 tbsp).

Attention: Please follow the preparation instructions. To keep your baby healthy, follow all instructions carefully. Always prepare fresh food and do not reuse leftovers. Do not leave your child unattended during feeding. Do not heat the baby food in the microwave (there is a risk of burns). Always check the temperature before giving the porridge to your child (about 37°C). Pay special attention to your baby's oral hygiene immediately after the first tooth erupts. Consult a pediatrician before use.
Tip: When using fresh milk, it is recommended to add 2 tbsp. fruit juice rich in Vitamin C to improve iron absorption. Recipes made without dairy contain almost no fat. For them, it is recommended to add 1-2 tbsp. Holle Demeter baby oil for nourishment.
