Suitable for infants and children from 6 months. The Ministry of Health recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months. If you decide to wean your baby earlier, the ingredients are suitable from the 6th month.
Application: Organic whole grain porridge made of WHEAT flour, oats and fruit pieces with Vitamin B1, suitable for babies from 6 months. As part of a balanced diet. Easy to prepare. Contains GLUTEN. No added sugar¹.
Preparation options from the 6th month:
Cooking with baby food:
Prepare 170ml of selected infant formula (according to instructions). Pour into a bowl and, stirring, add 18g of baby muesli (approx. 3-4 tbsp). Leave until it thickens and cools down to body temperature (about 37°C).
Preparation with milk and water (in accordance with European recommendations):
Mix 100ml of whole milk and 100ml of water and bring to a boil. Cool to about 50°C. Pour the liquid into a bowl and stir in 25g of baby food (approx. 5 tbsp). Leave until it thickens and cools down to body temperature (about 37°C).
Preparation with breast milk:
Stir 25g muesli porridge (approx. 5 tbsp) into 130ml warm breast milk. Please note: to preserve valuable nutrients, do not heat breast milk above 40°C.
Dairy-free preparation:
Pour 200ml of water and let it boil. Cool to about 50°C. Add 25g baby muesli (approx. 5 tbsp) and 1 tsp. Demeter baby oil for feeding and mix until desired consistency is reached.
Dairy-free preparation with fruit:
Mix 20g muesli porridge (about 4 tbsp) and 100g baby fruit puree from a jar or 100g fresh fruit puree and 1 tsp. Demeter baby nourishing oil. Add water (about 90ml, boiled and cooled to 50°C).
Preparation options after the 6th month:
Preparation with Holle's Organic Transitional Formula 2 Baby Food:
Pour 150ml of water and let it boil. Cool to about 50°C. Add 5 scoops of Organic Transitional Infant Food Formula 2, pre-mixed into 18g of baby food (approx. 3-4 tbsp). From the 10th month onwards, porridges can also be prepared using Holle's Organic Milk for Adolescents 3.

Attention: Please follow the preparation instructions. To keep your baby healthy, follow all instructions carefully. Always prepare fresh food and do not reuse leftovers. Do not heat baby food in the microwave (there is a risk of burns). Always check the temperature before giving the porridge to your baby (about 37°C). Pay special attention to your baby's oral hygiene right after his or her first tooth erupts.
Tip: When using fresh milk, we recommend adding 2 tbsp. fruit juice rich in Vitamin C to improve iron absorption./ Dairy-free recipes are fat-free. For these recipes we recommend adding 1-2 tsp. Holle Demeter baby oil for nourishment.
