Black cumin oil contains a high percentage of linoleic acid (unsaturated fatty acids), sterols and essential oils. From linoleic acid in the human body can produce gamma-linolenic acid. This supports the immune system, by forming some immune regulators that can suppress the activity of pain and anti-inflammatory substances, they keep histamine under control and therefore can help with allergy.
Essential oils such as the alkaloid nigellone have anti-inflammatory effects and can dilate the bronchi in asthma. It can be used for atopic dermatitis, bronchial asthma, allergies, dust and pollen, hay fever, immune deficiency, indigestion internally and externally.
