Recommended daily intake: For adults and children over 1 year, 1 capsule daily during meals, preferably at breakfast*. Take every day of the antibiotic treatment and for several days after, or until the pack runs out. It can also be taken for a longer period of time.

How to use: Swallow the capsule whole with enough liquid. For anyone unable to swallow capsules, the capsule can be opened and the contents mixed with cold food or drink.
