Recommended daily intake: 1 soft and 1 hard capsule daily during meals, preferably at breakfast; or on the recommendation of a specialist. For best results, take daily for at least 3 months. It can also be taken for a longer period of time and in conjunction with statins or other cholesterol-lowering drugs. Do not stop or reduce the dose of statins or other cholesterol-lowering drugs you are taking without consulting your doctor.
Daily intake provides (1 hard capsule): 1.2 billion (1.2x109) live cultures.
The daily intake provides (1 soft capsule): 600mg of cold-pressed linseed oil and 25mg of Extra Virgin olive oil, of which Alpha-linolenic acid (Omega 3) 350 mg, Linoleic acid (Omega 6) 90 mg, Oleic acid (Omega 9) 120 mg. The beneficial effect is achieved when taking a minimum of 2g of alpha-linolenic acid daily as part of a balanced diet.
