Directions for use: Take about 2 tbsp (20 g) of almond protein per day mixed with 250 ml of liquid. Juice, soy, oat or spelt drink can be used. Use a blender to achieve a smoother consistency. Pea protein can also be used to enrich shakes, cocktails, soups and sauces.
