Ialoclean is a sterile solution for inhalation with hyaluronic acid of high molecular weight, obtained in a biotechnological way, excluding the use of GMOs and animal proteins. Hyaluronic acid exhibits a protective and barrier effect on the reddened and infected mucous membrane of the nasopharynx. It adheres to the surface of the mucous membrane and, retaining the available water, forms a protective film that brings relief to the irritated tissue. The barrier effect allows maintaining the integrity of the mucous membrane by protecting it from harmful environmental factors and pathogens. Yaloclean solution for inhalations is indicated for the concomitant treatment of diseases of the respiratory tract, including: tonsillitis laryngitis pharyngitis rhinitis tracheo-bronchitis or bronchitis (both in their acute and chronic phase) hoarseness inflammation of the vocal cords with or without dysphonia irritating cough after viral diseases or caused by environmental pollutants flu or cold syndromes after ear, nose and throat surgery consequences of extraesophageal manifestations of gastro-oesophageal reflux in the upper respiratory tract (dysphagia, chronic laryngitis or pharyngitis, aphonia, persistent cough). The lubricating and softening action of the preparation allows the relief of all symptoms related to inflammation: difficulty swallowing the feeling of a foreign body in the throat tickling dryness Composition: Sodium salt of hyaluronic acid, chamomile extract, EDTA, N-acetylcysteine, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, sodium phosphate monobasic dihydrate, sodium phosphate dibasic heptahydrate, water. Recommended dosage: For adults and children over 6 years: Twice a day, one container with a single dose of Yaloclean, each diluted with 2 ml of physiological solution. For children between 2 and 6 years: Half of a single-dose container, diluted with 1 ml of saline, twice a day. The container has a graduation that corresponds to half a dose. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The solution must be administered through a nebulizer device (one and only with a piston nebulizer, not with an ultrasonic one). How to use: Wash your hands before use. Fold the single-dose container in both directions and separate it from the tape where it is attached. Gently shake the single-dose container before use. Open the single-dose container by twisting the cap. Pour the indicated amount of solution by applying moderate pressure on the walls of the single-dose container into the ampoule of the inhaler. When using a half dose, the container can be resealed by twisting the cap down and pressing. The resealed single-dose container should be stored between 2°C and 8°C (refrigerated) and the remainder should be used within 24 hours of first opening. Yaloclean can be used at any time of the day without any time and hour restrictions. The duration of use depends on the development of symptoms. If necessary, the preparation can be used for a long time. The product can be inhaled only with a compressor inhaler. Ultrasonic or MESH inhaler are not suitable for the purpose. Package: 5 containers x 2 ml Contraindications: The use of Yaloclean inhalation solution is contraindicated in children under 2 years of age. Do not use in case of individual hypersensitivity to any of the product components. Pregnancy and breast-feeding: In such circumstances, it is recommended to consult your doctor. Interactions with other products: No interactions with other products are known. It is possible to use the preparation in combination with other medical products or drugs after a doctor's recommendation. Adverse Effects: Use of all topical products, especially if prolonged, may cause sensitization. If this happens, stop treatment and consult a doctor to start appropriate therapy. If other side effects occur, inform your doctor or pharmacist. Keep out of the reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. DO NOT SWALLOW. The presence of a sulfur odor does not indicate changes in the product, but is typical of formula components. Shelf life, storage and disposal: The expiry date applies to the product in intact and properly stored packaging. Do not use the product after the expiration date or if the package is opened or damaged. Single-dose containers should be stored in the protective packaging, away from light and heat. In case of half-dose use, the resealed single-dose container should be stored at a temperature between 2 °C and 8 °C (refrigerated) and the remaining amount should be used within 24 hours after first opening.
