You should seek medical attention if your symptoms worsen or do not improve:
no later than 24 hours for infants aged 3-5 months
no later than 3 days in children over 6 months of age and adolescents
This medicinal product is intended to reduce high fever (fever and temperature associated with immunization) and to relieve pain in headache, sore throat, minor aches and sprains, teething and toothache.
This medicinal product is suitable for most infants over 3 months of age, children and adults.
Follow the dosage instructions carefully. Section 3 shows the different amounts needed for children.
Consult a doctor if your child;
has any of the conditions listed in section 2 of the leaflet
are taking acetylsalicylic acid in doses exceeding 75 mg per day. See section 2 are taking other medicines. See section 2 are not improving or you have any concerns. See section 3
gets a rash, difficulty breathing or diarrhoea and feels very tired. See section 3
Do not use this medicine and ask your doctor for advice if you are pregnant, think you may be pregnant, are trying to become pregnant or are breast-feeding. See section 2.

1. What Nurofen for children strawberry flavour is and what it is used for
The active substance (which determines the action of this medicinal product) is Ibuprofen, which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) painkiller medicinal product.
Ibuprofen is used as an analgesic (pain reliever) to relieve pain, for example, during teething, toothache, minor muscle aches and sprains, sore throat, as well as for symptomatic relief of headaches.
Nurofen for children with strawberry flavor reduces high temperature (fever), including fever after immunization.
2. What you need to know before you use Nurofen for children strawberry flavour
This medicine is suitable for most people, but some people should not use it. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Do not give this medicine to your child if:
are allergic to ibuprofen or any of the other ingredients of this medicine (listed in section 6)
has ever had an allergic reaction (for example, asthma, runny nose, rash, swelling of the face, tongue, lips or throat) after taking ibuprofen, acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)
if it weighs less than 5 kg or is under 3 months old
is taking other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) painkillers or acetylsalicylic acid in a daily dose of more than 75 mg
have (or have had two or more episodes of) a stomach ulcer, perforation or bleeding
suffers from severe liver, kidney or heart failure
in the last trimester of pregnancy
has a hereditary intolerance to fructose (fruit sugar), as the body can produce small amounts of fructose from the ingredient - liquid maltitol
