CLEAR Marijuana Drug Test Strip - THC Strip/Sure Step Drug Screen
Clear Test for Marijuana (THC) Strip
Clear Test Marijuana Surestep Drug Screen Stips is a test for the qualitative determination of cannabinoid (THC) in human urine up to 10 days after use, giving a reading accuracy of over 99.5%. The test for tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is an immunochromatographic one-step in vitro test, completely applicable at home. It is designed for the qualitative determination of THC and its metabolites in human urine test samples. The presence of 11-nor-Δ9-THC-9-COOH in human urine above the cutoff level of 50 ng/ml can be determined. This test has not been site-evaluated and is intended for use by healthcare professionals only. This quantitative analysis provides preliminary analytical test results only. In order for an analytical result to be confirmed on its face, a more specific alternative chemical method must be used. Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) is mandated as the preferred method of confirmation by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Clinical consideration and professional judgment should be applied to any substance abuse test result, especially when preliminary results are positive. The IIDTHC test is based on the principle of the specific immuno-chemical reaction between antibodies and antigens to examine certain compounds in a human urine sample. The quantitative assay is based on the competition for antibody binding between a drug compound and a free drug that may be present in the urine sample being tested. When a drug is present in the urine sample, it competes with the drug compound for the limited amount of the antibody-stain compound. When the amount of narcotic substance is equal to or greater than the cutoff, 50 ng/ml, it will prevent the binding of the narcotic compound to the antibodies. Therefore, a positive urine sample will not show a colored band in the test area and give a positive result, while the presence of a colored band indicates a negative result. There is a control line on the test that serves as a procedural control. This colored band always appears in the control area if the test is stored under good conditions and performed correctly.

How to use the Clear Test for Marijuana (THC) Strip.
Method of use for test strip:
Urine samples can be taken at any time of the day.
1. Fill a basin with urine.
2. Remove the test strip from the foil packaging.
3. Dip the strip up to the blue line in the urine sample cup with the arrows pointing down. The level should not be higher than that of the arrows.
4. Leave the strip in the urine and remove it after 30 seconds, then place it on a flat non-absorbent surface.
5. The result is read between 3 and 10 minutes.
Reporting the result:
A. Positive: If no color band appears in the test section, but only in the control section.
C. Negative: If two colored bands appear in the test area, the result is negative.
C. Invalid: The result is invalid if no color band appears in the control area. The test is repeated with a new strip.
Attention:
For in vitro and forensic use only.
Do not use the product after the expiration date.
Handle samples with care as they may be infectious.
The product is sensitive to moisture, do not open the sealed foil until you are ready for the test.
Use a new container for each urine sample to avoid contaminating one sample with another.
The test kit should be stored at a temperature of 2 to 30ºС.
The product is sensitive to moisture and should be used immediately after opening.
Do not use if packaging is damaged.
