Bionime Rightest Slim GM100 is the system for controlling the level of glucose in the blood by means of external diagnostics in vitro (for self-monitoring and professional use). The analysis requires a capillary blood sample from the fingertip, palm or arm, which can be obtained using the appropriate blood glucose lancet device. Bioname uses an electrochemical method to determine blood glucose and does not require entering a code. Ultra-slim and stylish, the device works with 1.4 microliters of blood to perform the measurement. To meet the highest accuracy standards, the electrode strips and gate contacts are made of gold. It has a memory that stores up to 150 blood glucose measurement results with date and time. The meter turns off automatically after 2 minutes of inactivity or when you press and hold the main button for 2 seconds. The most modern glucometers (as well as laboratory analyzers) work on the principle of the electrochemical method: the glucose contained in the blood sample reacts with the reagents on the test strip, as a result of which an electric voltage is created, proportional to the glucose level, which is transformed on the display into a corresponding blood glucose value. Such glucometers are also called biosensors.
