Wheat germ oil is obtained by cold pressing the seeds without further refining. It is one of the fattest oils. Contains vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol), germ lecithin, methionine and trace elements.
This makes it an indispensable ingredient in mixtures for the treatment of very dry and oily skin, mixtures for hair - for all types of hair, making them elastic and healthy.
Applications :
Oil bath: For all types of hair - the scalp is smeared with wheat germ oil, preheated in a water bath. The hair is wrapped for 2 hours with a plastic cap and a towel. This helps to eliminate dandruff and hair to stop being brittle. After the oil bath, the hair is washed with a neutral or medicated shampoo suitable for your hair type.
For the skin: Germ lecithin and alpha-tocopherol protect cells from the toxic effects of free radicals, namely: they play an important antioxidant role against skin aging. They increase skin tone and have an anti-inflammatory effect. The oil is used as a basic massage oil for very dry hair and oily skin. It is available in formulations that target the formation of stretch marks and relaxation of the skin.
Vitamins A and D regulate cell growth and increase skin resistance. Vitamin F (linoleic acid) participates in the formation of cell membranes, increases the elasticity of hair and the resistance of nails. Normalizes the functions of the sebaceous glands. Vitamin E is a strong antioxidant that has a major vasodilating effect.
