About Maca: Maca is a root plant that is grown in the Peruvian Andes at high altitude. It has been used for centuries to improve strength, stamina and libido. Legend has it that Inca warriors used it immediately before battle to increase their fighting spirit.
Maca is considered an adaptogen and helps the body balance hormones and stabilize the immune system. It normalizes the general feeling of the body by helping it cope with hostile physiological, chemical and biological stressors.
There are different types of poppies, distinguished by the color of the root and stem. Maca can be cream-colored, yellow, green, red, purple, gray, or black. Fundamentally, all types of maca have a similar nutritional profile, but differ in their secondary phytonutrient content. Recent scientific studies confirm that the intake of several types of maca has better properties than the intake of only one type.
Method of use:
Take up to 2 capsules daily with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
