Method of use
: the recommended daily dose is 6 x 500 milligrams, taken at once or divided into 2-3 doses. Ideally, the tablets should be taken with water 30 minutes before a meal. For the first week of taking it is advisable to take a lower dose (3-4 tablets per day) to minimize the detoxification symptoms that may occur.
