Instructions for use
TO REDUCE THE TIME NEEDED TO FALL Asleep:
4 sprays directly in the mouth about 30 minutes before going to bed.
(4 sprays = 1 mg melatonin). The positive effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is consumed shortly before bedtime.
