1. WHAT IS A COMPLEX VITAMIN AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR
Vitamin B complex is a combined medicinal product containing B vitamins and nicotinamide. They are necessary for the normal functioning of the body. They participate in the exchange of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. It is used to treat conditions and diseases associated with deficiency of B vitamins and nicotinamide.
2. BEFORE YOU TAKE A VITAMIN COMPLEX
Do not take Vitamin B complex in the following cases:
if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the active substances or to any of the other ingredients of the product;
if you suffer from high blood pressure II - III stage;
children under 6 years of age.
Pay special attention when using Vitamin B complex
if you suffer from malignant or liver disease, ulcer, gastritis, gout;
Vitamin B2 in the composition of Vitamin B complex can stain urine yellow-orange.
Taking other medicines
Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including those obtained without a prescription.
Tell your doctor if you are taking medicines to treat high blood pressure, sedatives, sleeping pills, medicines to treat depression or Parkinson's disease, anti-epileptics and tetracycline antibiotics.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Ask your doctor or pharmacist before using any medicine.
The product can be taken in the recommended therapeutic doses during pregnancy.
It is not recommended to take vitamin B complex during breastfeeding. In case its reception is necessary, breastfeeding should be stopped.
Driving and using machines
Vitamin B complex in the recommended doses does not affect the ability to drive and operate machinery.
Important information about some of the ingredients of Vitamin B complex
The composition of the medicinal product includes wheat starch. It does not pose a risk to people with celiac disease. Patients with a wheat allergy (other than celiac disease) should not take this medicine.
The composition of the film coating contains dye E110, which can cause allergic reactions.
3. HOW TO TAKE A VITAMIN COMPLEX
Always take vitamin B complex exactly as your doctor has told you. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
The tablets are taken orally with a sufficient amount of water.
Adults: 1-2 tablets 2-3 times a day.
Children over 6 years: 1-2 tablets daily.
If you have taken more than the required dose of Vitamin B complex
In very high doses, the product can cause agitation, fear, tremors (shaking), insomnia, headaches, convulsions.
If you take more Vitamin B complex tablets, consult your doctor immediately.
If you forget to take Vitamin B complex
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, take it as usual, skipping the dose you forgot. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.

4. POSSIBLE ADVERSE REACTIONS
Like all medicines, vitamin B complex can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Very rarely, rashes, itching, swelling, redness of the skin of the face, hot flashes may occur, especially in persons with hypersensitivity.
If any of the side effects become serious, or you notice other side effects not described in this leaflet, please tell your doctor or pharmacist.
5. HOW TO STORE VITAMIN IN COMPLEX
In the original packaging, in a dry and light-protected place, at a temperature below 25°C.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Do not use the product after the expiration date marked on the package. The expiration date corresponds to the last day of the specified month.
Medicines should not be disposed of down the drain or in the household waste container.
Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of your unwanted medicines.
These measures will help protect the environment.
6. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
What does Vitamin B complex contain?
The active substances are:
thiamine nitrate 5 mg;
riboflavin 1 mg;
pyridoxine hydrochloride 4 mg;
nicotinamide 50 mg.
The other ingredients are:
wheat starch;
cellulose, microcrystalline (type 101);
hydroxypropyl cellulose;
stearic acid;
talc;
silica, colloidal anhydrous;
Opadray AMB 80W (polyvinyl alcohol) - partially hydrolyzed, talc, E171, E120, E322, E110, E415, E132.

Round, biconvex, film-coated tablets with a diameter of 6 mm, red in color.
20 film-coated tablets in PVC/aluminum foil blister.
1 blister in a cardboard box, together with a leaflet.
