Composition:

Method of use:
Remove the cap and apply the gel to the affected areas (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, thighs, knees, ankles, feet) using circular massaging movements. As often as needed, up to several times a day. Massage the product into the skin for a few minutes or as long as you like. Wash hands thoroughly after use.
