Medel THERMO is a digital thermometer capable of measuring body temperature in 60 seconds. When the measurement is finished, a beep sounds. A protective storage case is included. Memory of the last measured value. Class IIa Medical device.
TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT
Turn on the thermometer by pressing the on/off button located next to the display; a short beep will indicate that the instrument is switched on. If the ambient temperature is lower than 32°C, the “Lo” symbol will appear on the display; when the ambient temperature is higher than 42°C, the “Hi” symbol will appear on the display. When the "C" symbol flashes in the upper right, the thermometer is ready for use.
During the measurement, the temperature is continuously shown on the display while the "C" symbol flashes. At the end of the measurement, the device will emit a series of beeps and the "C" symbol will stop flashing, indicating that it is possible to read the body temperature value.
Finally, turn off the thermometer by briefly pressing the on / off button.
NOTE: The thermometer automatically turns off after about 10 minutes of inactivity.
