Sweet Dreams Forte is a specially developed formula with an optimal amount of melatonin - 5 mg and in extended-release tablets.

The extended-release tablets allow the body to immediately absorb 2 mg of melatonin, which helps you fall asleep faster and more easily.

The remaining 3 mg of melatonin are released in the body gradually - from the second to the sixth hour of intake.

The prolonged release of the natural sleep hormone maintains constant levels of melatonin throughout the night, preventing the body from waking up prematurely and continuing to support a full and healthy sleep until the morning.

Absorption in the body of the natural sleep hormone - melatonin, in the extended-release tablets Sweet Dreams Forte:

- up to 1 hour after intake - 35-40% melatonin
