Plant Vitamin D3 from lichen is the body's preferred active form of vitamin D. This means it is more easily absorbed, and the coconut oil base further increases the absorption and assimilation of this important, fat-soluble vitamin. Lichens are the only plant source of vitamin D and are grown using sustainable farming methods in the fresh air of remote mountain areas.

Each capsule provides on average (% of RDA):
Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) 25µg/1000IU (500%);
coconut oil 250 mg.
Ingredients:
Coconut oil, tapioca starch (non-GMO, used to turn the oil into powder), vegetable cellulose, lichen providing vitamin D3, vegetable cellulose capsule.
Method of use:
1 capsule daily with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, unless prescribed by a doctor. The product is not a substitute for a varied and rational diet.
