Method of use:
Take 6-10 tablets daily with water, taken all at once or divided into 2-3 doses. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Ideally, the tablets should be taken with water 30 minutes before a meal. For the first week, it is recommended to take a smaller dose (3 tablets per day) to minimize any detoxification symptoms that may occur.
The product is a food supplement. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. It is not intended for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children. Do not take by children, pregnant or nursing women without consulting a specialist. Store in a dry and cool place, away from sunlight. Do not use if the packaging is damaged.

250 mg of organic chlorella with broken cell wall powder, 250 mg of organic spirulina.
