Super Optic Hydrobalance mini
eye drops 0.1%, 12x0.5 ml
(sodium hyaluronate, 1 mg/ ml solution)
Moisturizing eye drops in 0.5 ml single-use packages
NOTE: This instruction gives you information about a safe method and the principles of using the eye drops. Read this leaflet carefully and keep it as you may need to read it again.
Composition:
sodium hyaluronate, sodium chloride, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, disodium phosphate anhydrous, highly purified water.
Contains no preservatives.
Indications:
Super Optic Hydrobalance mini eye drops have an efficient and long-lasting moisturizing effect. They quickly relieve the feeling of dryness, irritation, tension in the eye and the feeling of sand grains under the eyelids. Super Optik Hydrobalance mini is indicated in particular in the following cases:
- exposure of the eyes to the impact of environmental irritants such as dust, smoke, UV rays, heat (steam heating, sauna), air conditioners, wind, cosmetics, chlorinated water;
- reduced blink frequency caused by watching TV, reading and in people who require longer visual concentration, including those who work in front of a monitor, drive, etc.;
- insufficient production of tears or altered composition of tears, in persons with dry eye syndrome and in people over 40 years of age;
- in people wearing contact lenses.
Super Optic Hydrobalance mini eye drops do not contain preservatives, which is why they are an excellent alternative for people allergic to such ingredients. Also, they can be used by people wearing any kind of contact lenses.
Sterile – manufactured under aseptic conditions.
How to use: This product is intended for self-administration. For external use only.
Wash your hands before use. Super Optic Hydrobalance mini eye drops should be applied topically in the conjunctival sac. The usual dose is 1 or 2 drops 3 to 5 times a day. Do not touch the tip of the dropper as this may contaminate the contents of the package.

If symptoms persist or worsen while using the eye drops, after the causes of irritation have been eliminated, discontinue use of the product and contact a medical professional.
It is recommended to take a break of several days after 30 days.
Contraindications: Do not use Super Optic Hydrobalance mini eye drops if you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the product's ingredients.
Precautions:
- Before use, check the expiration date indicated on the package. Do not use the eye drops after the expiry date (EXP) which is stated on the outer packaging and carton. Before first use, make sure the package is sealed.
- Do not use the solution if it has changed color or is cloudy.
- Use the eye drops immediately after opening the package; discard the remaining solution.
- Do not store above 25ºC.
- To be stored in a place out of the reach of children.
- If other eye drops are used at the same time, Super Optik Hydrobalance mini should always be the last product used and a 5-minute interval should be observed after the application of the previous treatment.
Special warnings:
- Do not mix or dilute Super Optic Hydrobalance mini eye drops with other liquids, as this may adversely affect the sterility and efficacy of the eye drops.
- Contact lens wearers should consult a professional before using ophthalmic medications.
- In very rare cases, some patients with several lesions of the clear layer at the front of the eye (cornea) have developed cloudy spots on the cornea due to calcium build-up.
Unwanted reactions:
The product is well tolerated. Some people may experience redness of the conjunctiva, burning in the eyes, or temporary blurred vision. If persistent discomfort or irritation occurs, discontinue use of the eye drops and consult a medical professional.
