Fatty acids (including Omega-3 fatty acids) from fish oil; gelatin; L-ascorbic acid; glycerol (humectant); MCT vegetable oil (coconut and palm); safflower seed oil; microcrystalline cellulose (filler); nicotinamide; zinc oxide; DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate; lutein; stabilizers: soy lecithin, silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride; manganese sulfate; riboflavin; thiamine mononitrate; copper sulfate; zeaxanthin; retinyl palmitate; pteroylmonoglutamic acid; colors: iron oxides and hydroxides; sodium selenite; cyanocobalamin.
Recommended daily intake :
1 capsule daily. The capsule should be swallowed with a small amount of liquid with food. The capsule should not be chewed or sucked.
Do not use by persons allergic to the ingredients of the product. This product should not be used by pregnant and nursing women, and by children under 12 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
