Eye drops based on cornflower water distillate

SuperOptik Comfort is a sterile, ophthalmic moisturizing solution

with physiological pH, based on cornflower water distillate, aq

chamomile distillate and sodium hyaluronate. SuperOptik Comfort is delivered

in a 10 ml multidose bottle and contains benzalkonium chloride as a preservative. Cornflower is known for its moisturizing and anti-redness properties. Chamomile is known for its soothing and refreshing properties and is therefore indicated to relieve inflammation and redness of the mucous membrane of the eyes. Sodium hyaluronate is used for its moisturizing and lubricating effects. It contacts dry eyes and forms a film that protects the endothelium

of the cornea by external agents and environmental factors.

SuperOptik Comfort is ideal for discomfort of the eyes or the ocular mucosa due to inflammation and redness, environmental factors (climate, excessive solar radiation, wind, smoke, pollution, salt, sea water), excessive fatigue due to prolonged computer work or learning or in case of prolonged use of contact lenses.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The product is intended for independent use.

• Open the bottle and place 2 or 3 drops in the eye.

• Close the container immediately after use: the contents must

to be used within 28 days after first opening.

• Repeat the action several times a day.

• Before instillation, remove contact lenses; after application, wait at least 15 minutes before putting them back on.

COMPOSITION

Cornflower Water Distillate, Chamomile Water Distillate, Sodium Hyaluronate, Sodium Phosphate Dibasic Tetrahydrate, Sodium Phosphate Monobasic Dihydrate, Tween 80, Sodium Chloride, Benzalkonium Chloride, Water for Injections.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS

The product is for eye use only.

The product is intended for independent use.

Do not use the product when wearing contact lenses"

Do not use the product if the container is damaged or not properly closed when you first open it.

During application, do not touch the eye or other surface with the tip

on the applicator.

In very rare cases, patients with several damages to the crystalline layer at the front of the eye (cornea) have developed cloudy spots due to calcium build-up. Do not use in case of known intolerance to any of the ingredients. Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated

on the packaging.

In case of side effects during use, discontinue treatment

and consult a doctor.

Dispose of container properly after use.

Keep out of the reach of children.

Do not use the product more than 3-4 times a day.

The contents must be used within 28 days of first opening the package.

EXPIRY DATE

36 months from the date of manufacture: in unopened packaging, do not use after the expiry date indicated on the carton and multi-dose packaging.
