SYSTANE* HYDRATION Moisturizing eye drops is a sterile, unpreserved solution containing sodium hyaluronate, polyethylene glycol 400, propylene glycol, hydroxypropyl guar, sorbitol, aminomethyl propanol (aminomethyl propanol), boric acid, sodium borate, disodium EDTA, sodium citrate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride.
Purpose/Indications
SYSTANE HYDRATION PRESERVATIVE FREE Moisturizing Eye Drops is a medical device intended for dry eye therapy by temporarily relieving burning and irritation due to dry eye.
SYSTANE HYDRATION WITHOUT PRESERVATIVE Moisturizing eye drops are suitable for relief of dry eye symptoms for patients after cataract surgery or refractive surgery - LASIK.
SYSTANE HYDRATION WITHOUT PRESERVATIVE Moisturizing eye drops are suitable for moderately, chronically dry eye patients.
SYSTANE HYDRATION PRESERVATIVE FREE Moisturizing eye drops can be used to moisturize silicone hydrogel and soft (hydrophilic) contact lenses designed for daily wear, extended wear and disposables.

Contraindications
People allergic to any of the substances listed in the composition of SYSTANE HYDRATION moisturizing eye drops should not use the product.
Warnings
It is necessary to follow all the advice of your eye doctor, as well as all the instructions for the correct use of the product described in the instructions for use and on the packaging.
If you experience persistent eye discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes, or eye redness, stop using SYSTANE HYDRATION and consult your doctor as the problem may become more serious.

Precautions
Do not touch the bottle dropper applicator to any surfaces to avoid possible contamination.
Replace the cap immediately after use.
The bottle should be kept tightly closed when not in use.
To be used before the expiration date marked on the package.
CAUTION: Do not use if the protective film is damaged or missing, or if the protective ring is missing. Do not use if package is open or damaged.
Can be used up to three months after opening. Discard any unused amount of solution three months after first opening.
