1. What is the medical device SuperOptik Complete and what is it used for
SuperOptik Complete are sterile eye drops containing sodium hyaluronate and dexpanthenol, without preservatives.
Sodium hyaluronate is the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid, which is a natural polysaccharide found in the human body. Dexpanthenol is a vitamin B substance that supports the properties of sodium hyaluronate. These ingredients moisturize, renew, support regeneration, protect and nourish the surface of the eye. SuperOptik Complete relieves irritated, dry and tired eyes by restoring the eyes' natural hydration balance and helping to keep them in good condition.
SuperOptik Complete contains sodium hyaluronate - a natural substance that creates an even, stable and long-lasting protective film on the surface of the eye. This film has no adverse effects on vision.
SuperOptik Complete also contains dexpanthenol (provitamin B 5 ), which enhances the moisturizing properties of sodium hyaluronate, supports regeneration and protects the surface of the eye.
SuperOptik Complete moisturizes, protects and forms a protective film on the surface of the eye, eliminating the discomfort associated with:
- mechanical irritation of the eye, e.g. during ophthalmological examinations and when using contact lenses;
- influence of environmental factors - air conditioners, cold, heat, dry air, wind, air pollution caused by cigarette smoke, as well as staying in dusty places or in the sun;
- excessive fatigue, e.g. due to computer work, microscope, driving hours.
SuperOptik Complete can be used by people who wear any type of contact lenses.
2. Important information before using the SuperOptik Complete medical device
Do not use the medical device SuperOptik Complete:
- if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the product's ingredients;
- if you have an eye(s) infection.
Warnings and precautions
There are no known interactions (influence) with other eye drops. If the concomitant use of other eye drops or ointment is necessary, there should be an interval of 15 minutes between their administration. SuperOptik Complete should be used last.
After instilling the drops, you may experience temporary, short-term blurred vision. You should not drive or operate machinery until the violations disappear.
3. How to use the medical device SuperOptik Complete
Follow the instructions below to facilitate the correct application of the SuperOptik Complete medical device.
Method of use
For hygienic reasons, one package of the product should only be used by one user.
Carefully wash your hands before applying the drops with the SuperOptik Complete medical device.
Before the first use, remove the cap, turn the bottle with the dispenser upside down, then gently squeeze the sides of the bottle until the first drop appears.
Remove the cap before each use and place the drops in the eye(s).
The usual dose is 1-2 drops 3 times a day in the conjunctival sac of each eye or as recommended by your ophthalmologist.
Slowly close the eyes so that the liquid covers the entire surface of the eye(s) evenly.
Close the bottle.
Avoid touching the surface of the eye with the tip of the dropper.
Since SuperOptik Complete does not contain preservatives, it is generally well tolerated and can be used for a long time.
In case, despite the use of the product, the irritation persists and does not go away for a long time, you should consult an ophthalmologist.
If you have used more than the recommended dose of the product SuperOptik Complete
There are no cases of overdose.
4. Possible side effects
In isolated cases, allergic reactions such as burning, watery eyes may occur, which disappear after stopping the use of the product. Immediately after instilling the drops, you may experience temporary, short-term blurred vision.
If you experience symptoms of an allergic reaction or other side effects, notify the manufacturer.
5. How to store SuperOptik Complete
To be stored below 25ºC.
Keep the bottle tightly closed in the outer carton.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Do not use the SuperOptik Complete medical device after the expiration date () indicated on the bottle and carton.
The product can be used within 90 days after first opening.
6. Other information
Composition
SuperOptik Complete contains: sodium hyaluronate 0.2%, dexpanthenol 2%, sodium citrate dihydrate, citric acid monohydrate, highly purified water.
Transparent, clear eye drops.
Packaging : a bottle containing 5 ml or 10 ml of solution, equipped with a closing valve and a filter that protects the product from contamination by microorganisms, placed in a cardboard box.
