INDICATIONS (Use)

SYSTANE ^TM ULTRA Moisturizing eye drops is a medical device intended for the temporary relief of burning and irritation in the eyes caused by dry eye

CLINICAL BENEFITS:

When used as directed, SYSTANE ^TM ULTRA Moisturizing Eye Drops:

They provide protection to the eye surface.
They provide relief from dry eye symptoms and improved visual performance.
Provide temporary relief of dryness associated with contact lens wear (before and after contact lens wear).
Moisturize your contact lenses, reduce the discomfort of wearing contact lenses and help remove certain particles that can cause irritation and/or discomfort.
Provide moisturizing and daily rehydration of silicone-hydrogel and other soft (hydrophilic) contact lenses

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Grasp the bottle just below the cap and twist the cap to open.
BEFORE FIRST USE, hold the bottle at an approximately 90 degree angle and discard one drop of the product. Shake the bottle down to remove any remaining product.
Place 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed and blink.
While wearing contact lenses, if minor irritation, discomfort, or clouding occurs, place 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) and blink 2 or 3 times. It can also be used before and after wearing contact lenses.
After use, before closing the bottle cap, shake the bottle down to remove any residual product that may remain at the top (see picture).
Close the bottle.

*SYSTANE ^TM ULTRA Moisturizing Eye Drops can be used as often as needed throughout the day

WARNINGS:

It is necessary to follow the advice of your eye doctor, as well as all instructions for the correct use of the product. If you experience discomfort in the eye that does not go away, excessive tearing, changes in vision, or redness of the eye, stop using SYSTANE ^TM ULTRA Moisturizing Eye Drops and consult your doctor, as the problem may become more serious.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

People allergic to any of the substances listed in the composition of SYSTANETM ULTRA Moisturizing Eye Drops should not use the product.

PRECAUTIONS:

For ocular use only.
Do not use if cap safety ring is damaged or missing.
Do not use if the package or bottle (sterile package) is damaged.
Do not touch the bottle dropper applicator to any surfaces to avoid possible contamination.
If swallowed, seek medical attention.
If the solution changes color or becomes cloudy, do not use it.
Replace the cap immediately after use.
The bottle should be kept tightly closed when not in use.
To be used before the expiry date marked on the package.
This product contains boric acid in an amount that is safe when used according to package instructions.
After first opening the bottle, discard the remaining solution as directed:

Do not store above 30 °C

Keep out of the reach of children.

ADVERSE EFFECTS:

If you experience persistent eye discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes or eye redness, stop using SYSTANE ^TM ULTRA Moisturizing Eye Drops and consult your eye doctor as the problem may become more serious.
